Dr. Speck is in-network with commercial Aetna, PacificSource, and First Choice Health plans (these insurance plans are billed directly).
Some insurance companies provide out-of-network coverage. If your insurance is not listed above, a receipt of service can be provided which can then be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is recommended that you call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask these questions:

How will I be reimbursed for the following CPT codes?
90791 (Intake), 90837 (60 min session), 90834 (45 min session)
What is my deductible? Will out-of-network bills count towards my deductible?
Payment
Payments are due at the time of service and can be made via check, cash, credit/debit card, or FSA/HSA card.
